Meet the Breidenbaugh Kids!

My friend Annthea was in town last week for a conference and booked a shoot with her sweet kids while they were in town. They live in Florida and are used to having "beach pictures" done and wanted a new look. We took the kids downtown to the canal area and got some great shots, even though baby Luke just wasn't in the mood to have his picture taken. But big brother John-Mark and sisters Hannah and Alethia were very helpful in trying to make him happy. Thanks for letting me work with you guys!!

The Southern Baptist Convention

I had the honor and privilege of being asked to attend and shoot a luncheon that was held this week downtown at the Southern Baptist Convention. This luncheon was attended by about 1500 wives of ministers from across the country. The guest speaker was Dr. Gary Chapman, author of The Five Love Languages. It was so neat getting to meet Dr. Chapman in person. This book has been a vital part of my own marriage and I strongly encourage every married couple to read it!






These ladies were the official planning team for the 2008 Minister's wives luncheon of the SBC. Diana Davis (left) is the wife of the executive director of the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana. She is also the author of Fresh Ideas.
Liz Traylor (middle) is the wife of pastor Ted Traylor and they are from Pensacola, FL.
Beth Robertson (right) is part of Westside Baptist Church in Valdosta, GA.

Dr. Chapman spoke on "How to Love Your Leader". He gave some very practical and helpful ways to show love to your husband .

Riley & Dalton

Riley & Dalton are the children of some of our very close friends, Brett & Nicki. We attempted to get some brother/sister shots of the two of them plus a few by themselves. This shoot was all about capturing them just being them..."kids".

Riley didn't seem to really want me to take her picture but I sure captured her sweet & fun personality in this shot!

Meet the Hadley Family!

Remember Zack 's senior pictures, from a couple of months ago? Well, this is his sweet family, Bryan, Sherry and Amber. I had a great time with them on Sunday (despite the windy day). They are all getting ready to move away from each other, so they wanted to get some family pictures made before they leave. Amber is in school in TN, Zack's off to IU and Bryan and Sherry are headed to CA! WOW! Have a safe move and thanks for letting me capture these memories for you!

A Weekend Away!!

Patrick and I got to spend the weekend away with our good friends, Derek and Erin in Cincinnati! We had a "couples only" weekend (no kiddos). We had an absolute blast together. They took us to dinner at The Boathouse down on the river and then we walked around downtown and did our own little photo shoot. Derek is my graphic designer. He is also a photographer but owns his own graphic design business, Lightsource Graphics. Derek and I grew up together, so I have known him since the 1st grade! I will spare him the embarrassment by not posting old pictures I have of him! We spent the weekend talking about our new business partnership. We are going to offer custom wedding invitations, save the date cards, christmas cards, birth announcements, etc. using my pictures and his design work. Thanks for a great weekend guys!!

Julia is 19 months old!

This sweet little girl is the daughter of our good friends Andrew and Kristen. She has 3 older brothers and is definitely the little princess is their house. I had a great time just capturing her in her own element. She has so many fun expressions!

Meet the Richards Family!

This is Scott, Kelly and Emma! I had a great time on Sunday afternoon capturing the great personality of this family. Emma is full of energy and smiles and was a great "model" for me to get some great shots!
